Mental Health and Wellbeing Month is a great opportunity to engage with the University community, build relationships and learn about mental health, wellbeing and healthy lifestyles. Events happening at Bankstown campus on 9 October include: - Snuggle a snake – have a photo op with a friendly reptile - Tai Chi demonstration – 11am on the grass between building 10 and the library. Learn the principals of tai chi - Henna tattoos – surprise your friends with temporary tattoos - Canvas painting – dabble in art expression - Free food and entertainment Mental Health and Wellbeing Month celebrations are happening on all campuses at different times throughout October.
