Mental Health and Wellbeing Month is a great opportunity to engage with the University community, build relationships and learn about mental health, wellbeing and healthy lifestyles. Events happening at Hawkesbury campus on 23 October include:

  • Snuggle a snake
  • Have a photo op with a friendly reptile
  • Bike blender - Grab a free fruit smoothy using power generated by pedalling a bicycle
  • Plant giveaway
  • Free food and entertainment
