Mental Health and Wellbeing Month is a great opportunity to engage with the University community, build relationships and learn about mental health, wellbeing and healthy lifestyles. Events happening at Parramatta campus on 16 October include: - Free resilience workshop (run by Black Dog Institute) – 12.30pm – 2.00pm in Building EB, Room G.33. No need to register, just come along - Pat a pet – have a cuddle with some dogs - Laughter workshop – come along and have a good laugh - Aromatherapy and craft – get a free and massage and go in the draw to win an aromatherapy gift basket - Free food and entertainment Mental Health and Wellbeing Month celebrations are happening on all campuses at different times throughout October.
