My Australia Exhibition - open until 29 March 2013

“My Australia” is a photo exhibition that depicts our country through the eyes of UWS Bankstown staff.

Australia is a modern, multicultural society and the exhibition shows just how diverse “My Australia” is to staff working in the heart of Sydney’s multicultural Western Suburbs.

From iconic landscapes, our faces, our places, our flora & our fauna, the photos are as diverse as the great land we all call home – Australia. Typical outback scenes & stunning scenery of our gorgeous coastline, faces from our past, our multitude of cultures and our future, our unique Aussie flora & fauna and our love of the great outdoors whether it be friendly get together or highlighting our competitive spirit in sport.

Through the media of photography, the exhibition shows how each photographer interprets what Australia means to them. The amalgamation of all photos truly shows how through individual eyes our culture, natural beauty & iconic sense of humour creates Australia’s shared identity.
