National Tree Day

Hawkesbury EarthCare Centre is hosting a National Tree Day activity on the UWS Hawkesbury Campus.

This location is important because it has Cumberland Plain habitat for protected species on public land. We are aiming to regenerate the area, increase biodiversity, provide habitat for local flora and Fauna.The site is also used to demonstrate how to reconcile the need to produce good food and support wilderness.

This activity will also allow participants to explore the site generally and discover the environmental services offered by Hawkebsury City Council through its Hawkesbury Bushcare program.
