UWS Blended Learning Forum

During recent school visits on blended learning, many staff requested the opportunity to share good practice and practical ideas for implementing blended learning in the curriculum. UWS plan to host a monthly forum for staff to share ideas across schools. The first forum is being held on Wednesday 24th October 2012 at Werrington South campus in building BB, room 1.01, between 12:00-2:30.

This forum will profile current examples and experiences from academic colleagues from several Schools as they design and implement blended learning strategies in their units. If you can’t make the first forum, a second one will be held on Campbelltown campus on Tuesday 20 November between 12:00-2:30.

We hope to make these a regular event for all staff to engage in as presenters and participants. These forums will be particularly useful for staff new to blended learning as you explore the possibilities, and for more advanced users. We hope these forums will inspire you to push the boundaries of blended learning in your units and courses.
