The Learning and Teaching Unit Portfolio

The Learning and Teaching Unit is the vehicle for delivery of student learning support and for initiatives which support staff in enriching their teaching. To achieve this the LTU is comprised of three operational areas;

The unit provides a range of online resources for students and staff via the Quality in Learning and Teaching (QiLT) site, Online Study Resources, which includes the Education Technology Preparation, and the Feedback Toolkit.   Staff support is also provided through the Foundations of Learning and Teaching program and the unit is functionally linked to the operational areas of the Associate Pro Vice-Chancellors, and coordinates  regular meetings of the BL teams (BLADE); the Academic Literacy team and the Course Quality Officers and Curriculum Advisors.
