Personal Support

The University of Western Sydney offers a range of services and support to help guide students through the challenges of studying at university.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Student Support Officers and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Student Mentors are available to give you one-on-one support and help you with anything from queries about university policies and procedures, to assistance with cultural and social issues.

UWS also holds many cultural events throughout the year which celebrate the rich history and culture of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians, and welcomes participation by students.
