Staff Email
Staff email at UWS runs on a Microsoft Exchange server, and Microsoft Outlook is generally used to manage our email, task lists, calendar and contact information. Staff can view and share e-mail, calendars, task lists, and contacts through Outlook, Outlook Web Access (OWA) and a number of handheld wireless devices.
On campus, most staff will access their email via Microsoft Outlook, which is installed on all standard UWS computers.
Off campus staff access to email is primarily available through Outlook Web Access (OWA). There is no need to install special software to use OWA, as it runs via standard web browsers, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox. To access your staff email off campus, point your web browser to: http://email.uws.edu.au, and login with your MyUWSAccount credentials.
Staff email accounts are not created automatically. To obtain a staff email account, complete the User ID and Services Request form and submit the completed form to the IT Service Desk.

Student Email
MyMail is here!
The University has replaced @mail with our new and improved MyMail system. MyMail became available during October 2010.
