You can use IT Self Service(opens in a new window) (ServiceNow Portal) to self log IT issues 24x7, 365 days per year. The ServiceNow Portal includes a growing knowledge base of articles that may help you resolve the issue yourself.

The icon is a quick link to this page and provides an alternative method of contacting the IT Service Desk and finding our information and services. IT fact sheets and knowledge base
IT fact sheets(opens in a new window) are a series of documents designed to help you with common problems with configuring and connecting to various IT services, such as email, UWS VPN (Virtual Private Network), mobile phones, and much more.We also provide a knowledge base(opens in a new window) through our ServiceNow Portal, which contains many useful IT related articles, including a series on iPads. In time, all our fact sheets will all be moved to the knowledge base.
ITS is working towards replacing its paper based forms with electronic versions. You can find our IT forms(opens in a new window) here, including the popular IT Access form (used to have an email account created and to gain access to other services).

At the IT Service Desk
The IT Service Desk has five operators and one supervisor.
What happens when I call the IT Service Desk?
The Service Desk Operator will ask you some questions to determine the problem, including your name and staff or student number. In many cases, the operator will be able to resolve the issue immediately. If the operator cannot resolve the problem, they will log a job to a more specialised ITS team, depending on the problem's nature. All jobs are recorded to enable us to monitor trends and continuously improve our services to you.
