Telephone Billing

UWS now has Bilmax telephone and mobile call reporting available online.

Through this system, delegated administrative staff and budget managers are able to view detailed telephone usage and cost reports for their unit.

Individual mobile phone users are able to view their itemised account and reimburse the University for their personal calls as per the Mobile Telephone Policy.

Cost Centre Administrators requiring access to their unit's telephone accounts should call the ITS Help Desk on 5111 and log a request advising which cost centres are required.

If you have a problem accessing your Bilmax reports please call the Help Desk on 5111.

Bilmax Login Troubleshooting

If you are unable to login to Bilmax check the following:

  1. Check caps lock is not on.
  2. Refresh the link by typing the web address http://phonebills.uws.edu.au
  3. Make sure you are using a PC with Internet Explorer.
  4. Check your staff number is correct.
  5. Make sure pop-up blocker is disabled by clicking on tools> internet options> privacy tab> clear 'block pop-ups' check box.
  6. Clear temporary internet files by clicking on tools> internet options> general tab> delete files in temporary internet files section.
  7. Clear saved passwords by clicking on tools> internet options> content tab> in the personal information section - auto complete, clear check boxes and click on clear passwords.
