How do I set up a conference call on an analogue phone?

To create a 3-way conference call on an analogue NEC phone:

  • Dial the first number.
  • Put the caller on hold by dialling *4.
  • Press the recall button.
  • Dial the second number (if required) you wish to include in your conference.
  • When the call is answered, you need to establish the conference by pressing the recall button again.

How do I set up a conference call on a digital phone?

To create a 3-way conference call on a digital NEC phone:

  • While on a call, press the key Transfer.
  • Dial a required extension number or "0"+ external number.
  • When the call is answered, press the key Conf to establish a 3-way conversation.

NOTE: At most, two parties can be on an external line. Any party may exit the conference by hanging up.
