Faulty Vodafone Mobile Phones

All faulty phones whether within the warranty period (12 months from the date of purchase) or not under warranty, should be returned to Vodafone for assessment/repair/replacement.

A copy of your delivery docket will be required for all warranty repairs. 

Procedure for returning faulty mobile phones:

  1. Download the Vodafone handset repair form (PDF, 123Kb).
  2. Complete all sections on the form.
  3. If you require a loan phone please make sure you state so on the form.
  4. The pick up and delivery address must be your office location, not the PO Box or mail room.
  5. Please state hours that the courier can pick up and deliver.
  6. Scan the repair form and your delivery docket and email them to repairs@vodafone.com
  7. Vodafone will send an automatic email confirmation on receipt of email.
  8. Within 48 hours you will receive an email stating the repair has been booked and collection will be in the next 48 hours.
  9. Pack the phone, delivery docket and a copy of the repair form into an envelope.
  10. Please do not pack any accessories or boxes etc, just the phone.
  11. A Vodafone courier will pick up the phone and place it in a return pouch.
  12. The repaired phone will be returned via courier.

Note:  If the phone is out of warranty and you decide not to repair it there will be a $44.00 charge to UWS.
