Lost or Stolen Mobile Phones

Any mobile phone that has been lost or stolen should be reported immediately to the Vodafone 24 hour Helpdesk on: 135888

Please follow the prompts:

  • Enter your mobile number.
  • Vodafone pin is not required for this process. 
  • Please let them know that the mobile was lost or stolen and that you wish the number to be barred.
  • Please note; do not ask for the mobile to be cancelled.

If you happen to find the lost mobile, please ring the helpdesk on 5111 and log a request to have the mobile unbarred.

If the mobile is not recovered please go to your Senior School/Unit Administrative Officer and request a new mobile be ordered. Please ensure you quote your mobile number so the same number can be issued with the new handset, and advise that you will need a new sim card.
