Delta Electricity Engineering Scholarship
Delta Electricity is the largest capacity electricity generator in the National Electricity Market, producing around 12% of the electricity needed by consumers in the National Electricity Market. Generation occurs at five power stations in NSW, including Mt Piper, Wallerawang, Colongra and Vales Point.
One of Delta's sustainability pillars is engagement with stakeholders, particularly the local communities close to their power stations. Delta Electricity has a long and proud history of supporting local communities with each region committing up to $200,000 each year towards sponsorships, donations and partnerships in their local community.
The Delta Electricity Engineering Scholarship at UWS is supported by Delta Electricity's Western Region. The Scholarship seeks to provide support and encouragement for local community members to undertake studies in Engineering at UWS. It also provides an opportunity for students to enrich their study experience through meaningful, hands-on work placement.

Applicants must provide a statement in support of their application indicating how they believe the receipt of the scholarship will assist them with their studies and in their future career.
