Please attach the below information to support your scholarship application:

  • Proof of Citizenship - You must attach one certified copy of your Passport, Birth Certificate or Citizenship Certificate.
  • Equity Considerations - If you are in receipt of any Centrelink/government payments, you must provide one certified copy of your most recent Centrelink Statement.
  • Other Supporting Documentation - one certified copy of the relevant documentation (Certificate of achievement/participation, copies of major awards/prizes, referee reports or testimonials, etc).
  • Qualifications (current school leavers only) - one certified copy of the original (Year 12 School Report OR Higher School Certificate results OR ATAR results).
