UWS Triple Advantage
As part of the University of Western Sydney’s commitment to providing opportunities for as many students as possible to study at university, we are offering your Year 12 students the UWS Triple Advantage.
The UWS Triple Advantage provides three admission advantages.
1: Early Offer Opportunity
The UWS Early Offer is made to students whose ATAR or IB matches or exceeds the 2012 cut-off for the course they want to do at UWS, and offers are made in the Early January Round of UAC offers. 2: Regional Bonus Points
All students living or studying in the Greater Western Sydney region, who qualify for an ATAR or IB Diploma, will automatically receive five Bonus Points when they apply to do a course at UWS, excluding B Medicine/ B Surgery (MBBS), MBBS/ B Arts, B Music. 3: Subject Bonus Points
As a way of rewarding outstanding performance in a nominated range of HSC or IB subjects, students may be offered up to a maximum of 10 Bonus Points for their achievements in those subjects. Students can search by UWS Course or by Subject to find out how many Subject Bonus Points may be available.
