Welcome new students!

Starting studies at a university is exciting. Starting studies in another country is exceptional: a new environment, new faces, and a new way of learning. The UWS International Orientation program will help you in your transition to university – and to a new chapter of your life.

Orientation is the official start of the session and specifically designed to introduce you to the University.

Thursday 18 February	Orientation preparation day Academic advising for Bachelor of Nursing and Bachelor of Business and Commerce Academic Preparation for students with a TAFE or UWS College qualification
Friday 19 February	Orientation day for all new international students
Saturday 20 February	Academic Preparation for all new international students
Monday 22 February	Academic advising for most courses (except Bachelor of Nursing and Bachelor of Business and Commerce)
Monday to Friday, 22 - 26 February	Course orientation (undergraduate courses only)
Thursday 11 March	BBQ at Parramatta campus for all new international students

Endeavour International Postgraduate Research Scholarships

The Endeavour International Postgraduate Research Scholarships (EIPRS) program enables international students to undertake a postgraduate research qualification in Australia and gain experience with leading Australian researchers. The closing date for application is 31 August each year.
