Pathways and English colleges

Do you need academic preparation or extra English?

UWS has a pathways college called UWSCollege, providing students with fully accredited English Language Programs, University Foundation Studies and Diploma Programs to succeed at UWS.

UWSCollege Diplomas are offered in the following fields:

• Business and Commerce
• Information and Communications Technology
• Engineering
• Science
• Construction Management
• Health Science
• Social Science
  

These diplomas are equivalent to the first-year undergraduate programs in those disciplines at UWS. Upon successful completion of the Diploma, students enter the second year of the UWS degree with advanced standing of one year.

University Foundation Studies are available for entry into the first year of a Bachelor degree at UWS or students may choose to continue at UWSCollege to undertake a Diploma.

UWSCollege also provides English Language Programs to suit students at every level of competency. English Language Program graduates can progress to UWSCollege University Foundation Studies or Diploma courses, and to undergraduate and postgraduate studies at UWS.
