Student Advisors
Student Central is your first point of contact for enquiries and advice relating to your study at UWS and matters specific to international students.
International students have direct access to a dedicated SEIS International Liaison Officer who are located at Student Central on each campus, with the exception of Campbelltown campus where you can speak with an SEIS Officer.
The SEIS International Liaison Officer will be able to help answer your enquiries in regards to student visas, overseas student health cover, enrolment, admission, and assist you with the provision and lodgement of forms.
The Student Welfare Service provides welfare and support to all international students.
How can I contact Student Central?
Student Central is located on all UWS campuses. You can visit a Student Central Office at any time between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Overseas Student Health Cover Representative
An Allianz Global Assistance (opens in a new window) representative is available to provide on-campus assistance concerning your overseas student health cover (opens in a new window) questions or transactions. A representative is available on the following days and locations:
Every Tuesday: Building EF.G.08, Parramatta campus
Every Thursday afternoon: Building 2.G.10, Bankstown campus
Student Welfare Service
The Student Welfare Service operates on all campuses and has professionally trained staff to help students work through the unexpected problems that can arise.
The Student Welfare Service provides advice on financial assistance, accommodation and health related issues and can also assist with student advocacy needs. The Student Welfare Service also acts as a referral service to external agencies.

After-Hours Student Assistance Line
UWS also has an After Hours Student Assistance Line specifically for international students. This service provides students with assistance in the evenings and on weekends. If you need any help after hours or have any problem at all, please call 1800 735 807. This is a free call from landlines anywhere in Australia. Standard call rates apply from mobile phones.
