Career Profile
Francine graduated from the University of Sydney as a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Philosophy) and a Bachelor of Laws. She joined UWS in 1997, after a stint as a judge's associate at the Federal Court of Australia and the (then) Industrial Relations Court of Australia. Prior to that she taught in the Law Faculty at the University of Wollongong. She has also held positions in legal practice, legal research and courts administration.
