Thank you for using this site to offer accommodation to students at the University of Western Sydney.

This site has been designed to assist students of UWS to secure accommodation local to UWS campuses. It is free of charge to students and anyone who wishes to list their property on this site for rent.

These terms and conditions apply if you list a property on this site

• UWS may, in its absolute discretion and without notice, change, suspend or withdraw this site or any of its content at any time.  UWS makes no representation that this listing service will be uninterrupted or free from errors.  UWS is not liable if this site or any content becomes temporarily or permanently unavailable.
• UWS may also amend these terms and conditions at any time, which take effect from the time they are published on this site.  Any such changes will automatically apply to any current listing and we do not have to notify you about any of those changes.  If you disagree with those changes, then your only remedy is to remove your listing.  If your property remains listed after those changes take effect, then you are taken to have accepted and agreed to those changes.
• You warrant that you either own the property or else have authority to list it on this site.
• UWS will list the property address on this site, except the street number.  You acknowledge that this site is not password protected, and is accessible over the internet to any person.  UWS accepts no responsibility or liability for the way any person uses that information.
• Your listing will remain on the UWS Living Local database for a maximum of 12 weeks.  It will be removed automatically after then.  If you wish to re-list the property after that time, you must use the “Edit Accommodation” function on this database.
• It is your responsibility to remove the listing from this site if you no longer wish to use this service or if the property is no longer available.
• UWS is under no obligation to accept your listing and may, in its absolute discretion, reject, modify, reformat or remove any listing without explanation.  UWS will notify you if your listing is rejected or removed.
• You warrant that all information (including any images) that you supply for inclusion on this database is accurate, appropriate for the property listed and not misleading or deceptive in any way.  You indemnify UWS against any loss, damage, cost or expense UWS incurs arising from any claim by any person relating to the content of your listing on this site, your property or your dealings with any tenants or prospective tenants.
• UWS does not act as your agent in any transaction.  It is your sole responsibility to assess a tenant’s suitability (including financial capacity).  Any arrangements with a tenant are entirely at your own risk.
• Apart from your property listing, for which you grant UWS a licence to list on this site for the purpose of advertising in accordance with these terms and conditions, you do not have any right or interest in, or title to this site.  You may not use any information on this site to establish, maintain or provide your database or publication (whether for marketing or other purposes).

• All information provided on this site is on an “as is” and “believed accurate” basis without any warranty about availability, suitability or condition.  UWS accepts no liability if any content on this site is inaccurate or out of date.
• UWS does not act as your agent or adviser in any transaction.  It is your sole responsibility to assess the suitability and condition of a property.  Any arrangements with a landlord are entirely at your own risk.
• Any disputes between you and the landlord always remain a matter between you and the landlord, and UWS has no obligation to offer you any assistance or otherwise become involved in that dispute.
• UWS is not liable in any way and under any circumstances in connection with your access to or use of this site or any of its content.
