Presenting The Stories Of Men's Health

MHIRC staff regularly contribute to and present at conferences within Australia and overseas.

Australia is fortunate to now have a male health policy at a federal level, and this feat has been of considerable interest to policy makers and health promoters in other countries that are beginning to recognise the need for proactive consideration of male health needs.

MHIRC staff are part of the organising committees for the biennial Men's Health Gatherings last held in Perth in September 2011.

Professor Macdonald, Anthony Brown and Rick Welsh presented in October 2011 at the International Men's Health Conference in Vienna, Austria.
