Financial planning

Finance will provide timely and accurate historical and budget financial information to Executive Management, Colleges and Administrative support units by implementing the UWS Financial Framework (opens in a new window) to improve long term planning and decision-making capability. This framework is suited to UWS' size and complexity, and it will assist with growth management in coming years.

The UWS Financial Framework will integrate strategic, financial and operational information in a way which supports all management processes, with the ultimate objective of creating transparency across the University, and ensuring continuity of information from strategy through to execution.
