College plans provide for the following:

College of Arts

Maintain only those courses that are financially sustainable or of strategic benefit (as agreed by Executive).

Achieve endowments to support research centres - through funds accumulated in the University Foundation and through matching donations from sponsors.

Introduce further cost efficiencies in program delivery.

Ensure administrative processes articulate with those in wider UWS and are fine tuned to support academic work.

College of Business and Law

Achieve and sustain sector benchmark targets for CEQ, workloads and academic profile.

College of Health and Science
