Fees and Team Sizes

The cost of registration is $800 per team. (A team consists of up to and including 14 students and 2 staff).
Teams may bring additional staff and students, however an $80 per person fee will apply for each additional member. These fees assist in the overall running of the games.
 
The minimum number of students to form a team is 10. You may enter more than one team if you wish.

It is compulsory for each participant (staff included) to be in possession of a valid university identification card. Any person without a valid university identification card will not be permitted to compete.

Transport on the day

Universities are advised to notify UWS via their registration if they require daily transport from their accommodation to and from sporting venues.

Please ensure you have all names and student ID numbers ready before proceeding to register your team.
