Registration
Once your team is assembled, please register using the link below, which will take you to our event management portal.
Team Registration must be finalised by 16 August 2013.
Fees and Team Sizes
The cost of registration is $800 per team (10 people per team) which will assist in the overall running of the games.You may enter more than one team per University if you wish.
Note that any additional team members (up to a maximum of 14) will be charged an additional $80 per student.
It is compulsory for each participant (Staff Included) to be in possession of a valid University identification card. Any person without a valid university identification card will not be permitted to compete.
Transport on the day
Universities are advised to notify UWS via their registration if they require daily transport from their accommodation to and from sporting venues.
Please ensure you have all names and student ID numbers ready before proceeding to register your team.
