This is about providing strategic advice and support for university wide initiatives, activities and programs that drive change, enable a learning culture, and strengthen organisational, team and individual capabilities to meet the challenges of the future beginning with what we can do today.

The Office of Organisational Development supports Organisational Development at UWS. We achieve this through strengthening leadership and professional capability, enhancing career development, supporting organisational change, and fostering a collaborative learning culture through our professional and career development courses, mentoring, coaching, academic leadership development programs, team development and planning, and internal consultancies.
