Description
This module is suitable all UWS staff members who need to learn about the tasks involved in using MyCareer Online to record and maintain their individual work objectives and career development plans, as well as how to complete training requests and Career Centre details.
Learning Objectives
In this module you will learn how to:
- navigate MyCareer Online
- discuss work objectives with your manager
- create your work objectives
- manage your progress
- discuss development plans with your manager
- create a development plan
- complete Career Centre details
- create a training request.

System Requirements
To access Staff OnLine and MyCareer Online you will need a PC/laptop, internet access and a supported web browser. The web browser currently supported is Internet Explorer.
