Description

This module describes what is involved and what to consider when taking part in the Performance Planning and Development process at UWS. 

Learning Objectives

After completing this module you should be able to:

  • describe the benefits of the performance planning and development process
  • describe your own and your team members' responsibilities
  • develop a Performance Plan and Development Plan
  • identify work goals, activities and measures of success
  • describe the linkages between your work plan and goals with those of your team's and the University’s.
