Prerequisite Participants must have completed Access Fundamentals or have equivalent knowledge.
Description
This one-day course builds on Access Fundamentals and covers the database functions in more depth. This includes such functions as table and field properties, using calculated fields in queries, creating parameter queries, creating option buttons, check boxes and toggle buttons in Forms, customising Reports, adding formulae, creating mailing labels and mail merges, and exporting data to Word or Excel.
Learning Objectives
This course will enable participants to:
- use the Access application to produce a simple database
- identify, use and apply a range of Access Intermediate functions to modify a database
- use manuals and online help.
