Intended for designated travel administrative staff who will oversee the travel approval process in their work area and all other interested staff.

Description

The UWS Travel Lab Portal session is hands-on training in the UWS Travel System including the use of e-Tan. The information sessions provide a better understanding of the features of the system and will assist in accessibility and use.

Learning Objectives

This session will enable participants to:

• describe the travel approval process
• use the system to take advantage of cheaper fares, booking deadlines and early bird discounts
• use the UWS Travel Portal.
