This module is designed specifically for managers and supervisors in the higher education sector and forms part of the University’s commitment to creating a positive environment in which all students and staff are treated fairly and equitably.Everyone has the right to study and work in an environment free of harassment, discrimination and bullying.
Learning Objectives
In completing this online module you will learn about:
- Equal Employment Opportunity and strategies to implement it
- Conflict of interest
- Liability including vicarious, personal, and accessory
- Reasonable adjustments for people with disability and carer’s responsibilities
- Grievance handling.
