Description

This module provides an overview of the UWS Project Management Methodology known as the Project Management Body of Knowledge or PMBOK. The PMBOK is generally accepted as best practice within the project management discipline and is the industry standard.

In this module you will be introduced to a number of concepts including:

  • the definition of a project
  • project characteristics
  • project lifecycle
  • definition of project management.
