Online Learning

The Office of Organisational Development (OD) facilitates the provision of online learning for UWS staff members accessed from the MyCareer Online system. This means that online courses are available from a central location at any time, with all content being searchable and easily accessible. By accessing online learning from MyCareer Online, you ensure that this activity is recorded in your personal training record, along with the face to face courses you complete.

Our overall objective is to provide relevant, engaging and interactive online learning experiences that help you develop your skills and knowledge. These online courses have been developed by OD, other units within the University, and external organisations.

The Online Learning for Staff at UWS video below shows you how to log in to MyCareer Online and search for courses and online modules. It also shows you how to open a typical online module and to view and use your training record.
