Description
The Privacy Awareness online module has been created to provide you with an awareness of what privacy is, and what your obligations are as an employee within the NSW public sector.
The module consists of a number of topics covering:
- what is privacy
- personal information
- legislation in NSW
- privacy principles and the information life cycle
- privacy complaints.
A quiz is provided at the end that tests your understanding of the content. The module duration is approximately 1 hour, and on completion you will have an overall understanding of what your responsibilities are in relation to privacy at UWS.

System Requirements
To access Staff OnLine and MyCareer Online you will need a PC/laptop, internet access and a supported web browser. The web browser currently supported is Internet Explorer.
