Description

This module is suitable for all UWS staff members who need to learn about the tasks and knowledge required to manage records when working for the University of Western Sydney.

Learning Objectives

After completing this online module you should be able to:

  • describe what a record is
  • understand why records matter
  • describe your recordkeeping responsibilities
  • decide when to make or keep a record
  • understnad the importance of keeping records in the right locations
  • know when you can destroy records
  • describe your responsibilities for providing access to records
