Setting objectives identifies where you are heading and what you are aiming to achieve. Whether you’re setting new work objectives for the next 12 months, new objectives for your future or re-evaluating your career, having a 'plan' is crucial. Having an objective provides a sense of clear direction and purpose.

This short 1.5 hour session will:

• Identify the components of SMART objectives
• Identify your key work focus and priorities in alignment with your work unit’s key priorities
• Write SMART objectives that are transferable to MyCareer Online requirements
