Prerequisite Participants must have completed Excel Intermediate or have equivalent knowledge.

Description

This one-day course builds on Excel Intermediate with more advanced features. It covers a deeper understanding of the functionality and formulas used in Excel. You will also learn to use referencing macros, Vlookup, lists and pivot tables and how to use Excel as a database.

Learning Objectives

This course will enable participants to:

  • customise the spreadsheet to enhance functionality by using tools such as text boxes, comments, macros and buttons
  • create more complex formulas to improve the spreadsheets capability
  • use referencing to improve the flexibility of the spreadsheet
  • use the spreadsheet as a database.
