Description
This one day workshop is designed to introduce participants to Project Management principles, practices and tools for small projects, based on the UWS Project Management Methodology.
Learning Objectives
This workshop will enable participants to:
- state the five stages of project management
- identify project risks
- identify reporting types and stages
- apply project management tools
- explain the UWS Project Management Methodology.
This course is part of the Leadership and Management Development program.
