Intended for all UWS staff, usually in organisational unit groups.
Description
MyCareer Online is a contemporary, streamlined, flexible system in which staff set objectives, create development plans, indicate career preferences – and keep track of all of those tasks, including monitoring and reviewing achievements. This brief session is available for Units ready to commence planning online. Participants will review key aspects of development and performance planning and will leave the session having created some work objectives and a development plan in MyCareer Online.
Learning Objectives
On completion of this session, participants will be able to:
- Navigate the MyCareer Online landing page
- Access the learning management system to browse and register for learning and development activities
- Create work objectives and development plans
