Description

The MySource Matrix CMS Training Session will introduce new Content Authors (Web Editors) and Subsite Managers (Web Approvers) to the new Content Management System (CMS) for the University website. Through a detailed presentation and practical workshops, participants will learn how to add, edit, format and publish their web content. 

Learning Objectives

This workshop will enable participants to:

  • describe the functions of the MySource Matrix Content Management System (CMS)
  • access and use the Simple Edit Interface (SEI)
  • describe the different CMS User Groups and the role of the UWS Publication Workflow
  • add, edit and format text content on UWS web pages
  • create hyperlinks, anchor links and back to top links
  • upload and replace documents and images.
