Description

This module will help you as a supervisor or manager to induct new staff and will remind you of the steps needed to make their introduction to the University both friendly and informative.

Learning Objectives

This online module will enable you to:

  • identify and implement a high quality induction with confidence when inducting new staff to UWS
  • locate and access information about employment conditions, policies and procedures, staff support and professional development opportunities
  • complete and implement the UWS Induction Plan Checklist in conjunction with the new staff member.

To access Staff OnLine and MyCareer Online you will need a PC/laptop, internet access and a supported web browser. The web browser currently supported is Internet Explorer.
