Financial Sustainability

The Financial Sustainability Project aims to ensure each academic and competitive edge project is accompanied by a thorough and transparent costing and effectiveness analysis leading to a rigorous cost benefit analysis and real savings. The Divisional Efficiency Review is looking to streamline and improve business capability within the divisions of the University through sustainable and innovative process transformation, to enable the University to focus on its core activities of learning, teaching and research.
