Optimising the Use of the Academic Year and Infrastructure

The Academic Year Optimisation Project will support the University in implementing an extended and optimised academic year so that it can offer greater flexibility and choice to its students and be better able to utilise its facilities and physical resources.

The Timetabling Project aims to maximise the use of current spaces and spread load across teaching spaces and teaching days and weeks more effectively and the Learning Spaces Project will ensure the most effective learning spaces are available to match the University’s learning and teaching plan.
