The Academic Workplans: Principles and Sustainability project aims to ensure an explicit and robust set of academic workload policies and outcomes within the framework of institutional expectations and guidelines; the Enterprise Bargaining Project aims to develop enterprise agreements that create an enhanced working environment whilst also positioning the University to realise its vision, achieve its goals and deliver on its promise to its students and the Greater Western Sydney region and The Way We Do Things: A Culture of Adaptability for a Competitive Edge project aims to embed within all projects expectations and outcomes which reflect the University’s values, positioning and strategy.
