To arrange for your details to be updated on the parking permit database (i.e. if you’ve moved or have a new vehicle), please complete the Change of Parking Permit Details Form.
If your annual or half year parking permit, purchased by iPay, doesn't arrive within 10 work days, you must complete a New Permit Not Received Form.
There is no provision for approaches to be made to UWS regarding parking fines. If you have any enquiry related to your parking fine, please contact the State Debt Recovery Office (SDRO) on 1300 138 118 or visit the SDRO website (opens in a new window).
If you believe there are special circumstances that apply to you, or you wish to seek leniency, you can request a review of a parking fine. To find out how, visit the SDRO website (opens in a new window).
