Parking Fees

UWS’s parking fees are set by the UWS Board of Trustees.
(Effective 1 January 2012)

* These permits are issued subject to availability and are inclusive of annual CPI increases.

To find out how to purchase an annual or half year UWS parking permit that will best suit your needs, please refer to either For Students, For Permanent Staff or For Casuals/Others. Annual parking permits are valid up to 31 December of the year of purchase. Half year parking permits are valid from 1 January to 30 June, or 1 July to 31 December of the year of purchase.

Refunds

Students who have purchased a parking permit and withdraw from study at UWS may be entitled to a refund if they:

• Commenced in Autumn semester and withdraw prior to or on 31 March
• Commenced in Spring semester and withdraw prior to or on 31 August. 

Staff who purchase a parking permit through iPay and withdraw their employment at the University may be entitled to a refund on receipt of written request and return of the permit.
