Rules and Fines
The University has a Parking and Traffic Policy in place to assist with effective and safe management of parking and traffic on our campuses. Parking restrictions apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any non-compliance with the University’s Parking and Traffic Policy (opens in a new window) may result in a parking fine being issued.
How to avoid receiving a parking fine
- park wholly within a marked bay
- park only in the correct bay colour for your permit
- clearly display a valid parking permit in the front windscreen of your vehicle
- park in a manner that does not jeapordise the safety of others
- park in a manner that does not damage University grounds and environment
- only park in a designated disability parking space if you have a valid MPS permit (opens in a new window) displayed
- obey all parking and road signs
