How can we help you?
The Office of People and Culture (OPC) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational implementation of human resource strategies relating to the attraction, retention, development and management of professional and academic staff in the University. OPC integrates all UWS activities relating to human resource management including payroll and remuneration services, staff recruitment, organisational and professional development, establishments, academic promotion, workplace relations, change management, workplace health and safety, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment and engagement.
