How we can help you?
The Office of People and Culture (OPC) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational implementation of human resource strategies relating to the acquisition, retention, development and management of professional and academic staff in the University. OPC integrates all UWS activities relating to human resource management including payroll and remuneration services, staff recruitment, organisational and professional development, establishments, academic promotion, workplace relations, change management, occupational health and safety, and Indigenous employment and engagement.
