Q.  What happens if the preferred suppliers cannot provide the casual staff that I require?
A.  If you have contacted all of the agencies providing that category of staff and they are unable to meet your requirements, you should contact UWS Recruitment (opens in a new window). They will review your requirement and provide information on how to proceed.

Q. When will the preferred supplier list be made available?
A. It is anticipated the preferred supplier list will be available and communicated during the early part of Quarter 2, 2013.

Q. I have registered my preferred agency. How will I find out if they have been selected?
A. The preferred supplier list will be circulated once the outcome of the tender is known.

Q. Can I add to the list during the year?
A. Yes, the preferred supplier list will be reviewed after six months, at which point new agencies can be added.

Q. How often will the list be reviewed?
A. The list will be reviewed after six months to ensure it includes only high-performing agencies that continue to meet our requirements.

Q. What type of suppliers will the preferred suppliers list cover?
A.
The list will cover all agency suppliers of professional staff.
